Short. Clear. No legal jazz hands.
Daddy Call is operated by Domnik LLC, doing business as Daddy Call. Questions go to dom@daddycall.me. California law governs this page.
What the service does
Daddy Call lets you set wake-up calls, go-to-bed calls, and account reminders that can be managed by website, phone call, or text. It is a consumer productivity tool, not a medical device, emergency service, therapist, or crisis line.
Your basic deal
By using Daddy Call, you agree not to misuse the service, abuse the phone number, interfere with the system, or rely on it for emergencies, safety-critical alerts, or life-or-death timing. Use it like a very opinionated clock, not a life support machine.
What we collect
We collect the information needed to run the service, including your phone number, profile details, timezone, schedules, SMS history, call history, summaries of calls and texts, and technical logs used to operate and improve the product.
How we use it
We use your data to deliver calls and texts, authenticate you with magic links, keep your account working, troubleshoot issues, and improve how Daddy Call performs. If you request a login link, we may send that text even if you previously paused regular texts, because that message is tied to your direct request.
What we do not do
Domnik LLC does not sell your personal data outside the company. We also do not promise that AI systems are perfect, that every call will connect, or that every retry will reach you exactly when you wish the universe felt generous.
Retention, deletion, and access
We keep data for as long as we reasonably need it to operate the service, maintain context, meet legal obligations, and investigate abuse or technical problems. There is no self-service export or deletion flow right now. If you need help, email us.
Liability
Daddy Call is provided as-is and as-available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Domnik LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for missed alarms, missed calls, bad timing, or bad outcomes that follow from them. If the law makes us liable anyway, our total liability is capped at the greater of fifty U.S. dollars or the amount you paid us for the service in the prior three months.
Changes
We may update these terms and privacy disclosures as the product changes. If a change materially matters, we will post the update here and use the new version going forward.
